Returns
Unfortunately, FlowerStory does not offer refunds or exchanges.
Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods such as fresh flowers and floral arrangements cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any items that are made to order or customized according to customer preferences.
We also do not accept returns for:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, any eligible refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund (if applicable). Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Gifts
If an order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit may be issued once the claim is approved.
If the order was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. FlowerStory is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
