At Flower Story, we offer local flower delivery through our own trusted couriers to help ensure that every bouquet and floral arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and handled with care.

Delivery Area

We proudly deliver to Chicago, the suburbs, and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees may vary depending on the location, distance from our store, order size, and requested delivery time.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed early enough during business hours. Availability depends on our schedule, flower availability, and courier availability. For urgent or same-day orders, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver orders within the requested time frame. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless it has been confirmed with us directly.

Recipient Availability

To make sure your flowers are delivered safely, our courier may contact the recipient before delivery. This helps us confirm that someone will be available to receive the flowers and prevents bouquets from being left outside unattended.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may contact the sender or recipient to arrange the best next step. Additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Pickup Option

Customers may also choose in-store pickup. Once your order is ready, you may pick it up directly from our store during business hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Order Accuracy

Please make sure that the delivery address, recipient name, phone number, and delivery details are correct when placing your order. Flower Story is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Freshness & Care

All floral arrangements are prepared as close to the delivery or pickup time as possible to maintain freshness. Once flowers are delivered or picked up, proper care is the responsibility of the recipient.
